## Connect Prontuno to ChatGPT

A Prontuno account and a ChatGPT account. Plan eligibility and workspace permissions can affect availability.

1. **Install the plugin.** Open the Prontuno plugin in the ChatGPT plugin directory and choose Install plugin. Your workspace administrator may need to allow it.
2. **Connect your account.** Sign in and authorize Prontuno when ChatGPT asks you to connect your account.
3. **Use it in a conversation.** Select Prontuno and ask a read-only question first. Review the tools and permissions available to your workspace.

Yes. Prontuno is listed in the ChatGPT plugin directory, so you can install it without developer mode. Availability still depends on your plan and workspace settings. You can also add the remote MCP server URL below as a custom app.

### What can my AI tool access?

The team you authorized: its sending domains, recent emails and their delivery status, suppressions, and webhooks. What an agent can change depends on the permissions of the API key the connection uses.
