# Your email infrastructure, in conversation with Claude

**Use Prontuno with Claude · Community connector in the Claude directory**

Bring Prontuno domains, delivery activity, and suppressions into your Claude conversations through the Prontuno connector in the Claude directory.

## From a delivery question to a clear next step

Give Claude access to the Prontuno tools you need, then ask follow-up questions without copying delivery records between windows.

### Inspect your sending domains

Bring your domain configuration into the conversation and identify what needs a closer look.

> “Review my sending domains and highlight anything that needs attention.”

### Make sense of delivery activity

Follow message activity and ask your assistant to explain the delivery records in plain language.

> “Help me investigate the delivery history for a transactional email.”

### Understand recipient suppressions

Review suppression records with the context you need to decide on an appropriate next step.

> “Check whether a recipient is suppressed and explain the reason.”

## Using Prontuno with Claude

### Is Prontuno listed in the Claude directory?

Yes. Prontuno is listed in the Claude connectors directory as a community connector, so you can add it without configuring anything by hand. Community connectors are reviewed automatically but not verified by Anthropic. If you prefer, you can still add the remote MCP server URL below as a custom connector.

### What can my AI tool access?

The team you authorized: its sending domains, recent emails and their delivery status, suppressions, and webhooks. What an agent can change depends on the permissions of the API key the connection uses.

### Can the assistant make changes?

Yes. Agents can add or change domains, suppressions, and webhooks. They can send email only if you enable sending for the connection’s key, and only from one domain. The server asks agents to preview and confirm before sending or changing a webhook, but confirmation behavior varies by client, so enable only what you need.

### Does this replace the email API or SMTP?

No. Keep using the API or SMTP for your application’s transactional email. MCP lets AI tools send, investigate, and manage your email setup on your behalf.

### How do I disconnect?

Remove the connection from your AI client. Also revoke the associated authorization or credential in Prontuno when you no longer need it.
