## How credits work

- Credits are valid for 1 year from purchase
- Top up anytime: resets expiry and rolls over unused credits
- One credit = one recipient
- A single email with multiple recipients (To, Cc, or Bcc) consumes one credit per recipient
- Each team has its own credit balance

### Do you offer free credits?

Every approved account starts with 10,000 free credits to get up and running. After that, you can purchase credit packs starting at $25. No subscriptions, no monthly fees.

### How do credits work with teams?

Each team has its own credit balance. Credits are shared across all domains within a team but don't transfer between teams, so you can keep environments or clients billed separately. Most accounts only need one team.

### Do credits expire?

All credits are valid for 1 year from purchase. When you top up, your expiry resets and unused credits roll over. Free onboarding credits also expire after 1 year.

### What happens to unused credits when I top up?

All unused credits automatically roll over and your expiry date extends by 1 year from your top-up date. Your credits effectively never expire as long as you top up before expiration.

### Can I use credits across multiple domains?

Yes. Credits are shared across every sending domain in a team, with no per-domain fee. Credits don't move between teams — each team keeps its own balance.

### What happens if I run out of credits?

Sending pauses for that team until you top it up. Other teams keep sending on their own balances. We'll alert you at 80%, 90%, and 95% so you have time to add more.

### Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Credits are non-refundable, but they remain valid for 1 year and roll over when you top up, so you'll never lose them if you stay active.

### What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
