What is Prontuno?
Prontuno is transactional email infrastructure for businesses and developers. It sends application email through a REST API or SMTP relay and provides delivery logs, webhooks, and suppression management.
About Prontuno
We give teams an API and SMTP relay for sending receipts, password resets, account alerts, and other messages their customers rely on.
Approved accounts start with 10,000 free email credits. Every application is reviewed within 24 hours.
Prontuno handles the sending layer so your team can focus on the product experience around each message.
Prontuno’s approach centers on operational control, sender quality, and flexible ways to pay.
Prontuno is built for teams that send messages as part of the customer experience.
Prontuno was founded by Tunbosun Ayinla. Sending a transactional email reliably takes more than an API call: teams also need to authenticate domains, protect sender reputation, handle bounces and complaints, and understand delivery events.
Prontuno takes on that infrastructure work while giving developers straightforward integrations and delivery visibility. We publish product updates and technical guidance on the Prontuno blog.

Yes. Compatible MCP clients can connect to Prontuno’s hosted MCP server after an existing user authorizes access. Connections can manage domains, suppressions, and webhooks for the authorized team, and can send email from one domain when the user enables sending for the connection’s key.
Approved accounts receive 10,000 free credits. Prepaid packs start at $25, and monthly plans start at $99 per team. See the pricing page for current details.
No email provider can guarantee inbox placement because recipient servers make their own filtering decisions. Prontuno operates and monitors sending infrastructure, supports domain authentication, and provides delivery information to help you investigate.
Request access and describe your transactional email use case. After approval, configure a sending domain, connect through the API or SMTP, and send using your free credits.
