We operate our own sending IPs
Every IP address Prontuno sends from comes from address space allocated directly to us. We do not send customer email through a resold relay or another provider’s shared IP ranges.

- We can isolate sending tiers on separate IP ranges.
- We continuously monitor the reputation of our addresses.
- We can respond directly when an IP develops a reputation problem.

Operating our own sending IPs does not guarantee inbox placement. Recipient servers make their own filtering decisions. It gives us more control over the infrastructure and reputation decisions that influence whether your transactional emails arrive.
Why we approve every account
Email deliverability is shared infrastructure.
When a sending platform allows abusive or careless senders onto its network, their activity can damage the reputation of the IP addresses used by legitimate customers. That can make it harder for critical messages to reach their intended recipients.
Prontuno takes a more deliberate approach. We manually review every account before enabling email sending. We also monitor sending IP reputation and restrict the platform to transactional email.
The approval process is not intended to add unnecessary friction. It helps us understand what each customer plans to send and protects the deliverability of everyone using Prontuno.
No email provider can guarantee inbox placement. Our job is to provide responsibly managed infrastructure, encourage correct authentication, and give you the information needed to understand what happens after an email leaves your application.
Choose the integration that fits your application
Prontuno gives developers two straightforward ways to send email.
The REST API supports programmatic sending from modern applications. You can use it to send individual or batch messages and manage sending resources through your own tools and workflows.
The SMTP relay works with applications and frameworks that already support standard SMTP. Generate your credentials, add them to your application’s mail configuration, and start sending without rewriting your existing email code.
Both options let your team choose the integration that best fits its current stack rather than forcing every application into the same workflow.
Understand what happens after you send
Sending an API request is only the beginning. You also need to know whether the message was accepted, delayed, rejected, bounced, or delivered.
Prontuno provides outgoing webhooks that send delivery events to your application as they happen. You can use these events to update internal records, notify customers through another channel, or trigger your own support workflows.
Delivery logs retain message activity for 14 days, giving your team a practical place to investigate recent sends. Instead of guessing whether an email left your application, you can review its delivery history and identify where a problem occurred.
Prontuno also manages suppressions for bounced addresses and spam complaints. Avoiding known problematic recipients helps protect your sender reputation and prevents repeated delivery attempts to addresses that should not receive more email.
Authenticate your sending domain
Email authentication allows receiving servers to verify that Prontuno is authorized to send messages for your domain.
When you add a sending domain, Prontuno guides you through configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. These standards help establish trusted sending and protect your domain against unauthorized use.
Domain authentication gives receiving servers clearer information about where your messages came from and how messages that fail authentication should be handled.
