Prontuno Is Now in the ChatGPT Plugin Directory

Checking a sending domain, tracing a bounce, or working out why an address is suppressed usually means switching between dashboards and copying details into a chat. With the Prontuno plugin for ChatGPT, you can ask in the conversation instead.

Prontuno is now available in the ChatGPT plugin directory. Install it, sign in to Prontuno, and ChatGPT can work with your email infrastructure within the access you grant. It joins the Prontuno connector for Claude.

What you can ask ChatGPT to do

The plugin gives ChatGPT tools for the parts of Prontuno you would otherwise open a dashboard for:

  • Check sending domains. List your domains, view the DNS records they need, and see which are ready to send.
  • Investigate delivery. Review recent emails and look at the delivery events for a message that bounced or was deferred.
  • Manage suppressions. See which addresses are suppressed, find out why, and add or remove manual suppressions.
  • Configure webhooks. Create, update, and delete delivery event webhooks, and rotate their signing secrets.
  • Send email. Compose a transactional email, or queue a batch.

Try a few prompts

  • “Check my sending domains and tell me which are ready to send email.”
  • “Review my recent email deliveries and highlight any failures or bounces.”
  • “Show my suppressed email addresses and explain why they are blocked from receiving email.”

ChatGPT keeps the context between questions, so you can start with a bounce and follow it to the domain or suppression behind it without copying records between windows.

You stay in control of sending

When ChatGPT sends email on your behalf, review the full message and recipients before you confirm. Sending requires an approved Prontuno account and a verified sending domain.

Get started

  1. Open the Prontuno plugin in the ChatGPT plugin directory and choose Install plugin.
  2. Sign in to Prontuno when ChatGPT asks you to connect your account.
  3. Select Prontuno in a conversation and ask ChatGPT to check your sending domains.

When connected, ChatGPT may share relevant chat context with Prontuno to help with your requests, subject to Prontuno’s terms and privacy policy. You can manage or disconnect apps in your ChatGPT settings. For setup details, access options, and more prompts, see the Prontuno MCP guide or Prontuno for ChatGPT.
