Checking a sending domain, tracing a bounce, or working out why an address is suppressed usually means switching between dashboards and copying details into a chat. With the Prontuno connector for Claude, you can ask in the conversation instead.
Prontuno is now listed in the Claude connectors directory. Add it to your Claude account, sign in to Prontuno, and Claude can work with your email infrastructure within the access you grant.
What you can ask Claude to do
The connector gives Claude tools for the parts of Prontuno you would otherwise open a dashboard for:
- Check sending domains. List your domains, view the DNS records they need, and see which are verified.
- Investigate delivery. Review recent emails and look at the delivery events for a message that bounced or was deferred.
- Manage suppressions. Check whether a recipient is suppressed, find out why, and add or remove manual suppressions.
- Configure webhooks. Create, update, and delete delivery event webhooks, and rotate their signing secrets.
- Send email. Compose a transactional email, or queue a batch.
Try a few prompts
- “Review my sending domains and tell me which are ready to send email.”
- “Which of my recent emails failed? Summarize why.”
- “Is this recipient suppressed? Explain the reason.”
Claude keeps the context between questions, so you can start with a failed delivery and follow it to the domain or suppression behind it without copying records between windows.
You stay in control of sending
When Claude sends email on your behalf, review the full message and recipients before you confirm. Claude works within the permissions of your Prontuno connection, and sending requires an approved Prontuno account and a verified sending domain.
Get started
