Can I switch from Cloudflare Email Service without rewriting my code?

If you send over SMTP, yes: only the host, port, and credentials change. Workers binding calls and Cloudflare REST API calls need replacing with calls to Prontuno’s REST API or SMTP relay. If your app sends email from one place, such as a mailer class, updating it is usually a small change.

Price: Cloudflare charges $5 a month for Workers Paid, which includes 3,000 emails, then $0.35 per 1,000. That makes Cloudflare cheaper below 271,000 emails a month. Above that, Prontuno Standard is cheaper, with 500,000 emails for $99.
Sending limits: Cloudflare starts new accounts with a conservative daily quota that grows with sending behavior and reputation. Prontuno Standard and Plus have no daily caps or throttling.
Maturity: Cloudflare Email Sending is in public beta. Prontuno is generally available, with 30 days of delivery logs and signed webhooks.
Platform fit: On Cloudflare, Workers send through a binding without managing an API key, and inbound mail can be handled by Email Routing. Prontuno works with any stack over HTTP or SMTP, but does not receive email yet.
